First of all congratulations for the APP, very good. I leave my comments, I wish you all the success in the world.
At a general level, the experience is not clear to me, what I mean by this. I understand that to sell I have to upload the photo to the app, but it is not clear to me points like:
- Who picks up the garment
- How the shipment is made
- Delivery times
- How do I receive my payment
- How long does it take to receive my payment for my sold garment?
- How do I pay if I want to buy a garment
I think it would be good to have a FAQs section in the app and web.
I leave an example:
When I use the share option the link says like there is nothing but it works.
I tried logging out and clicking on the link and it takes me to the app. It would be nice to incentivize onboarding in some way to see the garment.
I couldn't test obviously if someone with another logged in profile enters the link, it would be good to verify that use case.
The part of uploading the garment I found great as it takes all the data and the autocomplete I almost didn't correct anything. Just clarify the state of the garment and the size.
If it would be good to have the option to upload the photos and/or take them with the camera, I know that it also adds complexity when it comes to the store permissions.
It would be nice to add the actionable to open directly the email or gmail. I saw it in BELO, I wanted to take a screenshot and it didn't come out to show you.
This wording seemed to me super complex to understand for the user, I would put directly that it is not possible.
I tried to put special characters $, it would be good the message "no special characters allowed" I don't have an example of the screen, sorry! Also it doesn't clarify if there is a maximum or minimum of characters for the user, it would be good that. I tried putting @mcamerapedrazaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa and it allows it.
